LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on December 30, 1984 is an American professional basket ball player who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA) within the National Basketball Association. James is popularly referred to as King James and is considered to be among the top basketball players to ever play. James was awarded two Olympic gold medals and won four NBA championships. James scored more points during the playoffs. He has the second highest total of points throughout his career, and ranks seventh among career assists. James is the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, the most in history. He has also been named for The NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times.
